Herbal & Wellness Consultations

In just the last week, people have emailed or messaged us and asked what herb they should take to cure ALS, stage 4 breast cancer, diverticulitis, lymphomas, anxiety, high blood pressure, leg cramps, and inflammation. When we explain that herbal medicine focuses on the patient and the root cause of their illness rather than the diagnosis, people are very often confused because they're used to the allopathic approach to healing (prescriptions, radiation, surgery).

The first synthetic drug (aka prescription), chloral hydrate, was discovered in 1869, only 154 years ago. But, 5,000 years ago the Sumerians produced the first written record of medicinal plants on clay tablets. And, archaeological excavations from 60,000 years ago have found remains of medicinal plants, like opium poppies, ephedra, and cannabis!

What happens in an herbal consultation?

An herbal consultation provides time and space to tell your story. Together, we'll look for patterns of imbalance and signs from your body about what’s going on so that we can get to the core of your particular issues. Since no two people are exactly alike, no two health protocols will be alike either.

Ehris will spend time creating your wellness protocol, choosing herbs and making recommendations with your individual story and health goals in mind.
